NLFA Adjusts 2025 Season Schedule Following Removal of the Wranglers

by Alex Turner

Bossier City, LA – The North Louisiana Football Alliance (NLFA) has made the difficult decision to remove the Wranglers from the remainder of the 2025 season schedule following their second forfeit due to an insufficient number of players. While this was not an easy determination, it was necessary to ensure the continuity of league operations and the integrity of the competition.

With the Wranglers’ removal, the NLFA will proceed with three active teams for the remainder of the season, and a revised schedule has already been finalized. The updated schedule will be released later today or by Monday, March 24, 2025.

As a developmental and showcase league, the NLFA remains committed to providing opportunities for its athletes. To support player development, all remaining Wranglers players will be allowed to join other teams within the league. This adjustment ensures they continue to receive valuable game experience, statistics, and film for potential professional advancement.

The NLFA appreciates the dedication of its athletes, coaches, and fans as we navigate these changes and look forward to an exciting remainder of the season.
